• Polk Hispano, LLC was founded in Lakeland, Florida on January 2009 by Jose A. Hoyos, a Southeastern University Alumni (1998) with a vision to bridge the communication gap between local businesses, associations, government and the growing Hispanic community of Polk County.
• We are the only website in Polk County that is fully dedicated to the Hispanic community of Polk County – a portal of local news, blogs, business directory, classifieds, events, photos and videos that cater to the local Hispanic community.
• We are a member of the Puerto Rican Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Polk County, the Hispanic Club of Lakeland and the Hispanic Chamber of eCommerce. PolkHispano.com is also a sponsor of local TV show Comunidad Viva and the Hispanic Festival of Polk County.
